Veliko is a B2B social network platform dedicated to real estate: feed, groups, short videos, events and directories, with a business layer matching buyers to properties. Scale target: 100,000 concurrent users.
Technical lead in a two-developer team, I own the entire architecture: backend API, web application, infrastructure, code reviews and coordination with mobile development (Expo React Native).
Highlights
- Designed and built the FastAPI backend: 130+ endpoints across some thirty route modules.
- Real-time WebSocket messaging and audio/video calls: Matrix, LiveKit, Coturn.
- Complete social feed, short videos with a web creation studio, groups with built-in messaging and property sharing.
- Full monorepo audit with Claude Code: 2,168 commits and 23 modules mapped, progress recalibrated on facts, fixes prioritized.
- Two-tier documentation: internal technical deliverables and investor-facing reports.
- Compliance researched and applied: GDPR, French SREN/ARCOM rules (content moderation, age verification).
